Poultry Heat Stress Solution: Evaporative Cooling

Evaporative cooling is a proven, natural, and highly efficient method for cooling poultry houses. The principle is simple yet highly effective: as hot outdoor air passes through wet cooling pads, water evaporates and absorbs heat from the air, significantly lowering the temperature of the air entering the poultry house.

The cooling effect is more pronounced when outdoor temperatures are high and relative humidity is low. Under typical summer conditions, evaporative cooling systems can reduce intake air temperature by 10 to 20°F (5.5 to 11°C) or more. Some advanced systems can even achieve temperature reductions of up to 20°C (36°F).

Our systems are designed specifically for poultry farms and greenhouses:
Easy assembly — Snap-together components allow for tool-free installation
Simple cleaning — Cooling pads can be thoroughly cleaned using a high-pressure washer
Rugged durability — Corrosion-resistant, high-quality materials withstand harsh poultry house environments
Extended pad lifespan — Options include advanced resin-impregnated paper and plastic pads, offering a much longer service life than traditional cellulose pads

Water is a precious resource, and our systems ensure efficient water usage:
High-efficiency water circulation system (equipped with a circulation pump) minimizes waste
Integrated trough collects and recycles overflow water
No separate water tank required — features an integrated water reservoir
